About the Role
As an Education Consultant, you will act as a bridge between educational institutions, students, and their families. You will provide expert advice on educational pathways, school placements, and provide comprehensive planning to ensure long-term educational success and family legacy development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized counseling to students and families regarding international educational opportunities, curriculum choices, and university admissions.
- Develop long-term academic roadmaps tailored to the goals and capabilities of each student.
- Guide students through the application process for various educational institutions, ensuring all documentation is accurate, timely, and compelling.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with educational institutions across Ireland and abroad.
- Act as the primary point of contact for families, providing regular updates and strategic advice on their child's academic progress.
What We Are Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in educational counseling, admissions, or educational advisory services.
- Deep understanding of the Irish education system (primary, secondary, and tertiary) and international curriculum standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach (fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable).
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable, long-term educational plans.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously.
What We Offer

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reaching out to prospective client families via phone, email, and social platforms to uncover new business opportunities within the high-net-worth sector to meet and exceed growth targets.
- Building strong, productive relationships with existing client families, understanding their needs, and aligning them with the right educational planning and advisory solutions.
- Conducting consultations to understand family educational goals, presenting high-value planning and advisory solutions.
- Tracking activity, progress, and performance via CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
- Consistently hitting KPIs and working towards monthly targets in a supportive, high-performance team environment.
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B business development or premium services sales, preferably targeting high-net-worth individuals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills (fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable).
- Strong networking capabilities and the ability to interact effectively with C-level stakeholders and family principals.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational skills.

About the Role
As our Digital Marketing Executive, you will own the digital strategy, driving awareness and engaging with our niche clientele across all online channels. You will go beyond traditional marketing to communicate our unique, long-term approach to educational planning and family values.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement end to end digital marketing campaigns, including Meta, TikTok, Youtube & LinkedIn with assistance from our growing Marketing team.
- Maintaining our social media presence via ads, stories and regular posting.
- Analyse and evaluate current and ongoing online marketing performance by measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and competitors to management on a weekly basis, whilst proposing solutions where necessary.
- Produce appropriate visual assets within brand guidelines.
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, SEO tools, and content management systems (CMS).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent copywriting and visual communication skills (fluency in Mandarin is a strong asset).
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
As our Tax Consultant, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of corporate tax compliance, advising on tax implications for our advisory services, and identifying opportunities for tax efficiency for the firm and, where applicable, the families we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file accurate corporate tax returns, VAT returns, and payroll tax submissions in compliance with Irish Revenue regulations.
- Provide internal advice on tax implications regarding business transactions, employee benefits, and cross-border operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external tax audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and readily available.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal financial processes to enhance tax efficiency and compliance accuracy.
- Stay updated on changes in Irish tax law and ensure the company remains compliant with new regulations.
What We Are Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in tax compliance or consulting, ideally within a professional services firm or in-house tax department.
- Recognized tax qualification (e.g., Irish Tax Institute - AITI) or a relevant accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Irish corporate tax, VAT, and PAYE regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals.
